And I want to start actually by talking about Amazon came out in support of the workers down at the Bessamer warehouse last year.

And there was the vote to unionize JFK 8, an independent union not connected to any sort of big labor organization.

The great resignation has sort of obviously forced employers to be more generous independently over the course of the last year.

But still the workers in satin island at that warehouse felt they needed to unionize. What are your thoughts on that? Did you support that unionization drive and at Amazon in general?
