These are the stories of Jesus Christ's life on earth, the friendships, the parables, the sacrifices, the meals, and the miracles.

We're reading the Gospels this month in chronological order as you know by now.

So we're going to read gospel stories in each of the four books today.

So I'm going to tell you the scripture references and the stories are main themes that we're going to hit.

And then as I read, I'll tell you the headings. And if the story is a more than one gospel, I'll tell you which gospel as I read it.

So today is March 27th, day 27. And I will be reading John 18, 1 through 2, Mark 14, 32 to 42, Matthew 26, 36 to 46, Luke 22, 39 to 46, Mark 14, 43 to 52, Matthew 26, 47 to 56, Luke 22, 47 to 53,

John 18, 3 through 24, Mark 14, 53 to 65, Matthew 26, 57 to 68, Mark 14, 66 to 72, Matthew 26, 69 to 75, Luke 22, 54 to 62, and John 18, 25 to 27.

Today, we are hearing everything that happened in the Garden of Gisemony. Jesus' arrest and trial and Peter's denial of knowing Christ.

The translation I'm reading from this month is the new living translation.

This is day 27 in chronological order. Jesus prays in Gisemony from John.

After saying these things, Jesus crossed the Kidren Valley with his disciples and entered a grove of olive trees.

Judas, the betrayer, knew this place, because Jesus had often gone there with his disciples. From Mark.

They went to the olive grove called Gisemony, and Jesus said, sit here while I go and pray. He took Peter, James, and John with him, and he became deeply troubled and distressed.

He told them, my soul is crushed with grief to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me.
