| 0:34.8 | Now the tax collectors and sinners were all gathering around to hear Jesus, |
| 0:39.1 | but the Pharisees and the teachers of the law muttered, |
| 0:41.5 | this man welcomed sinners and eats with them. |
| 0:44.4 | Then Jesus told them this parable. |
| 0:46.5 | Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. |
| 0:49.8 | Doesn't he leave the 99 in the open country |
| 0:52.1 | and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? |
| 0:55.2 | And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders and goes home. |
| 0:59.2 | Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, |
| 1:01.4 | Rejoice with me, I have found my lost sheep. |
| 1:04.2 | I tell you that in the same way, |
| 1:05.5 | there will be more rejoicing in heaven |
| 1:07.1 | over one sinner who repents than over 99 righteous persons |
| 1:11.0 | who do not need to repent. |
