The president of the United States was on Fox News last night,

insisting that he will not defy court orders outright,

but laying into the judiciary once again,

as we've seen him do all week after a series of court orders

We have a new deadline set for midday today by the

all those Venezuelan migrants at the weekend. And it follows more highly significant court defeats

yesterday for the White House on Elon Musk's dismantling of the USAID agency and on transgender people

in the military as well. I reckon both of those cases are headed for the Supreme Court pretty soon.

There's other stuff going on today as well. The economy is going to be a big story this afternoon.

Watch out, 2 o'clock. The Federal Reserve is going to publish its quarterly forecast for

the economy. And as you've probably know, the red lights are flashing here. So this is going to be a
