So we just heard some good news and we thought we'd share it with you.

So we're in a little private mastermind meeting here actually at my house.

And so there's about, I don't know, 15 of us, I guess, something like that, doing what we call a garage fest. And so, you know, the garage, so we're actually, we're literally in my garage. It's a nice garage. Oh, it's gorgeous. You wouldn't know it's a garage. Yeah. So, so it's, I think it's, uh, 1,800 square feet, by the way.

You've got those nice floors.

What do they call?

Nice floors.

Nice floors. Nice what you call. And, um, you know, the thing about garages are like closets. Whatever you have, you'll fill it up, right? So anyway, so it moved all the, all the, all the, all the, all the, all the, all the, uh the maria's uh car toys um out of the garage

and we're uh we're meeting in there and uh going over some good stuff but the good news that we

heard is uh that this is the year of the fives the year of the f. So there's three great pieces of news for us in the

mortgage industry. And so the year of the fives, three things. Number one, it's predicted that

rates are going to go back into the fives. Woo-hoo. So that's exciting news.

That's good.

You know, back when there were twos, five seemed high, but having, you know, been scratching

to eights for a little while earlier, you know, late toward last year, getting back into five,

you know what that's going to do, Kristen?
