You see it called green ham or basically it's just the hind quarter of a pig. And it's raw. And it's raw. But if it says ham, it's probably been cooked in some kind of way or cured at least. You know, they've preserved it. And that's what makes it easy to cook this way for us is the spiral ham. You get them at Walmart, get them at Aldi this time of year. I think they're 95 cents right here at Audi. You can't beat that.
