She had a hysterectomy about 10 days ago. Okay. So we're in that stage of life, you know, where our friends are having major surgeries and

yes. And she's doing awesome. I mean she's a big athlete so she's very I would say

ready to roll but she's like I'm walking I'm just walking so it was so lovely to catch up with her and it just you know it's it makes you feel like okay you hear something like you have to have his

hysterectomy life's over but she's really like moving through and she has a lot of optimism and hope and it was elective so and she would

I'm talking about this at all but she is going to have a better life as a result and you know it was really

really good and heartwarming to see her in

to chat with her yeah yeah good yeah I mean I feel like walk and talks are really

healing and also healthy at the same time like healthy like physically and

emotionally you know like I really I really think that there's something about just

doing that with a friend that I just it

always refills my cup right and the two of us have done lots of runs of runs

together lots of bikes together lots of swims together we don't often walk
