Hello Sam are you all right to do? No, not really. I've had a miserable day so far. I mean it's halfway through the day.

Anything specific? You never know what's around the corner, do you? Yeah, well it's not going to improve drastically I would think if it started badly.

I had, I went, I put the day aside to work on this book that I'm supposed to be writing.

I knew I'd do this, but I thought I shut down my email.

and I'll just focus on writing none of this bullshit that gets in the way

like replying to emails and doing admin right I can't remember why but I switched on

my email at some point because there was one thing I needed to send.

I'll switch it on just to send this and I shut it straight down again.
