I feel like in the past I would have said the Olympics, but I feel like I'm proud of the

decision I've made to go to the Kansas City Current. Like that's not easy and I think I'm

handling the challenge pretty well.

In this episode, I sit down with an absolute ray of sunshine in the United States and Kansas City

current midfielder, Croy Bethune, and my favorite part of this

interview that you're really going to enjoy today is Croy divulges the three things that she has

manifested for this year. And I see these are goals that for many people you'd say, huh, dream big,

why don't you? But for Croy, I believe it. I think there could be checkmarks on all three of these.

Corbythune announced herself to the world of professional soccer in 2024,

a rookie at the time tying the league's single season assist record at 10 within the first six months of playing.

She won a gold medal at the Paris Olympics

and earned herself NWSL, rookie and midfielder of the year,

despite getting injured in late August

and missing the rest of that season.

And yes, all in the first year of being a professional.

She followed that up with another strong season for the Washington spirit

last year, as that team made their second final in just as many years. Then this past January,

she goes on to score her first goal for the U.S. Women's National team in their 5-0 win over

Chile. Shortly after that, in the midst of all of the Rodman chaos, Moore's

dropped when she made the surprising move from the spirit to the Kansas City current in a

trade that all party said came at the player's request. We definitely dive into that on today's show.
