| 1:06.9 | then it's practically impossible to be effective in the present. |
| 1:11.9 | Your effectiveness in the present is, is literally directly tied to how connected you are to your future self. |
| 1:16.8 | So that's one big aspect is just not knowing who their future self is, not operating from the identity of their future self. |
| 1:22.7 | A second and very connected one to that is, is that most people are going for what I would call linear goals. |
| 1:27.9 | Linear meaning like it's, it's a continuation from the present into the future. |
| 1:31.7 | So they're very practical goals. |
| 1:33.3 | Say, I want to increase my income by 10% this year or increase my revenue by 20%. |
