Breathe deeply and with every breath allow your body to relax and unwind.

Notice the sensation of your breathing as it comes in through your nose fills fills your lungs, and diaphragm.

And then notice what it feels like as it comes out and lets go.

With every exhale allow yourself to let go of tension, let go of worry, release doubts, and let go of outside distractions.

With every inhale,

breathe in mental focus and clarity.

Breathe in hope and light,

so all of these things will assist you in the creative process. The first step to manifesting what you want into reality is to figure out what it is that you do want and then to have a strong desire to have it. From a clear and relaxed

neutral state that you've taken the time to enter,
