No, okay, so I don't want folks to get the wrong idea.

Okay, we are very aware of our self tendencies and we can we can moderate ourselves but it is kind of funny

We can moderate and we can laugh at them too. Yeah exactly so so we are how do managers deal with that?

We have an high eye who has tons of excitement.

It's got all these ideas going,

wants to start 20 things, and has a tendency, frankly,

not to finish them.

What do you do about that?

Yeah, it's like Michael Keaton in the movie Night Shift.

I got ideas.

They're just coming at me all the time.

Yeah, my recommendation, if you're managing a high eye is just let him go. I mean high eyes are just great and we should just let him do whatever they want to do. I'm sorry, I just can't finish that with a straight face.

This is manager tools, this is all about achieving results, it's not about

managing people the way they want to be managed.
