And this is happening now in the time of post-pandemic and Zoom and teams and all that kind of stuff.

Yeah.

So our recommendation, hold your one-on-ones, listen carefully now,

not in public, but not necessarily in private. Public and private are sort of funny. People think

of them as opposites, but they're not. The opposite of public is not private. There's a multitude

of in-between spaces, which are perfectly suitable for one-on-ones.
