Good morning, everyone. I'm Kate Baldwin. It's Monday, April 20th. Here are the five things you need to know to start your day.

Number one, the seized ship. It hasn't happened since the war with Iran began, and it may indicate a new chapter in this conflict is about to unfold.

The U.S. military has now carried out its first seizure of an Iranian-flagged cargo ship headed to the Strait of Hormuz. Central Command posted video
