| 0:17.3 | I'm your host, Malcolm Reed, and I'm joined by my lovely wife, Rochchelle. Shell, it's another week in the books. How you feeling? I'm feeling great. We had a good week, you know? It's, man, it's finally fall. We cooled off last weekend. We didn't do a lot. We took it easy last weekend, but, you know, it rained all the damn. So it wouldn't. And started wouldn't. And start of the week. Yeah, it knocked us out. We didn't get to film until actually Wednesday. So we were on kind of a time crunch. I already kind of had that game plan what I was going to do. And it wasn't a bunk hook because I had to film and edit in the same day. And normally that would be very difficult. But it wasn't that bad. Yeah. Because. You didn't, it must have been an easy edit. It wasn't a long video. Yeah. Because it, man. It was like six minutes. Which is a short video for us. Yeah. So this week, I decided it's cooling off, hunting seasons almost. |

| 2:08.5 | buddy had some short ribs beef short ribs that he got like from some grass fed cow and the deal was he'd |
| 2:14.0 | give me that stuff if I would cook those for them so I cook those short ribs up so man So, man, you know, come get them, take them to him. I hope he enjoys them. You made some potatoes to go with it. Those short ribs are awesome. They were. But it gave me the chance to cook some elk. And if you never tried elk and you like venison, man, it is absolutely the best that I've ever had. |

Yeah. You know, I'd like to try it. I would take. I would definitely try moose. Yeah. Because it's in that, you know, it's in that same family. |
