coal mines Tuesday night Republican Dan Bishop won by two points. In a North Carolina

district, the president Trump took by double digits. His three new polls show the president's

job rating is below 40%. Has anything really changed since 2018? Do we have a baked in electorate?

And we're gearing up for another Democratic debate tomorrow. The first one with everybody

on the same stage is Joe Biden's plan really to go after Elizabeth Warren's plans. And

then later Malcolm Gladwell joins me to discuss his latest book, Talking to Strangers, which

he was spurred to write after the 2015 death of African American Sandra Bland following

a routine traffic stop. What is it about strangers that makes it so hard for us to understand
