Folks, I'm very excited for today's podcast because my guest is someone I've been wanting

to have on the show for quite some time now. Malcolm Gladwell is one of the great thinkers of our time,

a man with a remarkably wide range of interests and an inquisitive nature that have served him very

well in his quest to dig for the hidden truths that often escape us. The author of six New York

Times bestsellers, he has explored how ideas spread in his book The Tipping Point, decision-making

and blink, the roots of success in outliers, the advantages of disadvantages in David and Goliath,
