Summary

Today, I explain why we are completely lost at the federal level, with Republicans selling us out at the most critical time when it would be so easy to fight on the immigration issue. Our only hope is to create a Noah’s Ark in red states; however, Western states like Utah, Wyoming, and Idaho are run by leftist Republicans. We’re joined today by Utah state Rep. Phil Lyman, who is running against Gov. Spencer Cox in the upcoming gubernatorial primary. Phil served time in jail 10 years ago for standing up against the federal land-grab in Utah. He is passionate about making Utah sovereign from the federal land-grab, which will never happen under the leadership of Spencer Cox. We also discuss the uniqueness of Utah Republicans and the influence of the Mormon Church on political issues. Phil believes most Republicans in Utah are ready to ditch the Romney worldview and take a more biblical approach to compassion in public policy rather than the liberal pagan approach pushed by some of the liberal voices in the church.  Learn more about your ad choices.
