I want to give a shout out to a few listeners as I said in several

community. First I want to give a shout out to Bill S who wrote in and

compared my episode on the balloon effect to Malcolm Gladwell's book, The Tipping Point.

First of all, the fact that I've been compared to Gladwell in any context is a huge honor.

I've been a Malcolm Gladwell fan since the beginning so thank you for

making the super humbling comparison and second if you haven't listened to the episode that
