What is up everyone? This is Alex Lieberman, co-founder and CEO of Morning Brew.

I want to start this episode by checking in on my listeners. As you may have noticed in the

0:11.0

new year I've switched from five episodes per week all

0:15.0

live streamed to three episodes per week recorded and published on the major

0:19.8

podcast players. Why did I make this change? A few reasons. The first is

0:25.7

expectation setting. It is way easier to start a show at three days per week, create

0:31.7

that expectation for listeners, and then increase frequency or add new

0:36.4

and different formats to the brand on off days rather than starting at five days a week and

1:07.2

three days per week rather than picking 252 topics, some of which are good, some of which are not, and talk about those five

1:16.0

days per week. That was my reasoning, but as always I'm open to ideas and feedback from the audience.

and not going live.

Do you think it was the right choice? And where do you see opportunity

1:35.1

for Founders Journal to grow? Now, onto the episode. As always, thank you for
