John take a minute, fill in the gaps from that intro and give us a little glimpse in your personal life.

Cool, yeah and I'll give you the short version up now. I think we're going to get into the

history a little later. I've spent the last 21 years traveling about 200 days a year worldwide,

helping businesses and people be more successful. I have no kids but I am married. My wife,

Sheila and I run the company together and she travels with me about 60% of the time.

I'm in Virginia right now running a leadership program for a $18 billion UK-based company

and I'm sitting in my lovely suite on the fourth floor overlooking the snowy fields right next to
