be a choice. So I've got an admission to make.

I have been a lifetime advocate of making a difference in and with your work,

making an impact in the world.

I viewed work like a ministry to save the world and I didn't connect with people who primarily work just to make money.

I negatively judged it to be honest and yet today I'm friends with so many people who work to provide a basic product or service and they really find joy in making money.

And what I now realize is most important is just the spirit behind it either way.

Friends as I said in the intro I have historically judged that work needs to be making a difference in the world.

That's what drives me.

And I did as I think a lot of us do, but I'll own this for myself.

I judged others by myself, by my drive and I regret it. I

honestly do. You know I think back to the cavemen or even my ancestors who farm who farm my dad grew up on a farm his dad was a farmer well

they went out to hunt and gather just to live they weren't saving world, they were saving their own but just
