Summary
One of the most valuable and rewarding changes I have made has been cleansing and leveling up my social circle. Big life changes are hard to achieve when you’re tempted to fall into patterns that aren’t serving you or your highest good.When I was finally able to stand firm in who I was becoming, I made room for some really deep friendships with some of the most inspiring people I know. But of this process has been connecting with people in more meaningful ways… like over shared interested rather than just a shared location.
Well I’m happy to bring on one of those new friendships today. His name is Michael Trainer. He has spent the last 23 years traveling the world to learn from the best in human optimization; the Peak Minds of the world.
What I noticed about Michael from the day we met was his ability to connect with people on a deep level. And that ability has helped him connect with some of the world’s top thought leaders – from traditional healers to doctors at the cutting edge of modern science, Nobel prize winners to elite performers.
