I love beer. It's become a normal part of my life. I drink it quite regularly, but it's not the only

adult beverage I partake in or even make for myself. In fact, for the last few years, I almost always have a

crisp, easy drinking, thirst quenching, and often quite buzz-inducing keg of hard cider on tap.

delicious alternative to beer.

And this is one of my favorite things to talk about because we typically don't talk about hard cider too often or not in the same capacity that we talk about beer right talk about beer like pretty technically we get really into the commercial production of and everyone's posting pictures of their brewery tours and all

those awesome things but cider is just as rich and just as there's so there's just as

many varieties and there's there's so much that goes into it.

So it's super fascinating to talk about and it is one of my favorite drinks.

Yeah, yeah.

I love hard cider.

In fact, I didn't even know how much I loved hard cider until I started making it for myself

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I think in the in in in you know the modern kind of craft beer world,

cider gets sort of a bad rap.

You've got things like Ace and angry orchard out there

who are producing these just, in my opinion,

these overly sweet kind of quirky kind of gross versions of hard cider and sure

some people like them and that's all good. But in my experience, Hard Cider has a couple,

or at least the Hard Cider that I enjoy

tends to have a couple very particular characteristics

about them.
