Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Homemaker's Chic.

If it sounds like I'm starting off today with a lot of energy, it's because I am, because

here on Homemaker's Chic, where we are rescuing the art of homemaking from the daily grind,

we are committed this season to making it fun again.

And we have fun stuff to talk about today.

We're going to be dropping some bombs, dropping some truths, dropping some inspiration,

all the drops, maybe dropping mics.

I don't know. We'll see how today goes. Mine is secure and facing the right way,

as opposed to season one. We are your host of Homemaker's Chic podcast. I am Shea Elliott of

And if you are new here, then you should know that we are two best friends who live in two

different states that are 2,000 miles apart. And it has been 10 months since we've seen each other.

And we've only seen each other like six times.

Don't, I don't like to think about that.

It's weird. That sounds so stupid. It's super stupid. Yeah, I don't like that.

I don't either. That's not.

Hopefully we get to see each other soon. Last year in March, we took a trip real quick

for just a couple days together to go to New Orleans. And that was a lot of fun.

Just a little bit of time, but just enough to keep you out of the ditch of feeling sorry for yourself.

Today, I did my, so I have a hydro row earth. That's my cardio of choice right now.

And so you can pick your trainer and pick where you work out. So a lot of times I work out on

Lake Lou Stern in Switzerland for me. It's so beautiful. But today I was like, I'm in Shea.
