Oh my gosh.

It's so nuts. This season, we are looking with you at the symphony of homemaking. Our theme for this season is make it sing.

Yes.

It can be hard to sing when something feels really monotonous and really

repetitive. So we're here. We're in your earbuds. We're on your speaker on the kitchen counter.

We're doing the thing with you. We're just doing it with you. We're not ahead of you. We're just

literally doing it with you. I called Shay this week. I said, I want to talk about cleaning because there's parts of my house that are so messy.

And there's parts of my house that are singing.

So here we are.

How are you?

Yeah, I was telling Angela, we were just chatting on the phone real fast before we hopped

on here.

And I was saying, you know, the thing about homemaking is it is repetitive. And so

so much of what we talk about here on the show we've talked about before, but guess what?

It's because we're doing the same thing that generations of people have done before us. Granted,

we might have robotic vacuums or Spotify playlists playing or whatever while we're cleaning.

But the core of what we're doing as homemakers hasn't changed at all.

And look, it is repetitive.

So if you're listening to this, I think, goodness gracious, we're talking about cleaning again.

Well, that's kind of the point.

Yeah, we are.
