Ladies and gentlemen, we are finally back with you here on Homemaker's Sheik podcast.

If you are new around here, this is the podcast where we are rescuing the art of homemaking

from the daily grind.

And even though we haven't been necessarily grinding for the last month, we have been

tending to our homes as homemakers do.

And we're so excited to be back for season 23.

I've been grinding.

It wasn't all a grind.

We had Christmas. Yeah. that's a lot of work for a girl

and then you get a work

and you get sick and then no

then you try to clean it all up and then there's pine needles

there are always pine needles yeah yeah so we hope that you had a wonderful Christmas.

And normally we take about two weeks off between seasons.

Over the holidays, we try to take a little bit longer.

And I noticed last week that my inbox and my messages on Instagram started coming through,

are you and Angela still friends? You didn't have a falling out, did you? I got like,

are you still doing the podcast? No, we just decided to just stop. Don't worry. So we're glad

to be back here with you. Look, we need inspiration. In fact, we're recording

this on Friday. It'll air on Monday. Tomorrow, my parents have lovingly agreed to come and

help me paint my living room because over the holidays, I thought, you know what, I haven't inspired myself lately.
