And I'm Gabe and Rebecca this was a pretty fun week this last week

you got to speak at Q Commons yes which you know a global event tens of thousands of people listening in their own communities,

in their homes and living rooms, but just what a way to spread this message and response has just been awesome.

But I know your favorite part was.

Malcolm Gladwell.

He had me at Outliers.

I mean, so many years ago, I remember our boys were so young even then.

But the guy does more research than anyone I've ever met.

Like the end notes at the back of his books

are almost as long as the book.

It's so fascinating, even his current book, Talking book talking to strangers is all about the

connect rhythm

Just brilliant on what the insight he has in that book about how we see people and

how we don't always can't read people in the way that we think we can.

I know it's like I've always relied on my gut and I thought my gut's gonna be right like

98% of the time and he kind of debunked that in this book and in the talk just helped us better

understand how to think about our neighbors, how to live in a world we're around a lot more people

than maybe we were as human beings for sure we're a hundred years ago or more and so we're just

in some new dynamics and so connection is more important now than it ever has been.
