| 1:54.0 | And some people were hugely successful in this mastermind group. I'm not saying that it's not useful at all. I'm just saying that for me it wasn't working. I live the mastermind after three years when I'm my own. I tried to find what was working for me. |

| 2:19.0 | I love it. And we actually talked pre-interview Fire Nation about, you know, if this was the kind of answer that I was looking for a really into share and the reality is I'm loving and always looking for a contrarian controversial answers because I don't want everybody just be saying the exact same thing. |
| 2:38.0 | I've had success in masterminds and I'm a believer in masterminds. I love hearing the other side of the coin. I love hearing why it's not working for other people because it's not for everybody we're all different. We all need to write our own story. So I think it's very important. That's the point actually of this question is to get differing opinions different viewpoints. So thank you for sharing that. |
| 2:58.0 | And you did mention that you have now built system.io into a platform that has 10,000 customers and 200,000 free users, which is crazy town. So tell us the origin story of system.io. |
| 3:14.0 | Yeah, so I started selling online courses in 2010. So courses about web marketing. I had a passive business selling online courses about learning English in the French market. I was making about 30, 30 grand per month. You know, I was doing fine. |
| 3:32.0 | And I wasn't happy with the existing tools. So I remember using lead pages in 2013 working on a sales page and spending like two hours and after a while finding out that I couldn't add like a fourth bullet point. |
| 3:46.0 | And I was like, oh, I you know, I wasted two hours and then click for us got out into 2014. I tried it right away. And it was a good tool. But there was something that you couldn't translate on the payment pages. Then I tried on |
| 4:02.5 | the support. I was paying 300 bucks per month. Couldn't even use PayPal had to pay some Russian developer who cost me like $1,000. And I mean, it was crazy. You know, it was ridiculous. I couldn't even use it. So I decided to be my own to in 2015. I failed at the beginning. I lost one year and 30,000 US dollars in 2016. |
| 4:30.5 | I found the right developers and we build the product in 2017. I moved my entire business over and we launched in early 2018. |
| 4:40.5 | I mean, fire nation, what I love about this story, this origin story is it's all about scratching your own niche. It's all about finding a void in the marketplace. It's all about seeing something that is underdeveloped or a problem that's not being solved. |
| 4:57.5 | What I love that are really that are aliens done is he's really stepped back and said, hey, I'm going to be the number one solution to this specific problem that I'm seeing with all these other platforms, all these other systems, all these other software's that are out there in the market right now. |
