I'm fascinated by people who completely transform their life, especially those who transform

their life and they're older than me. People who are starting over and entering a new chapter

of life with new optimism, with a bigger vision than what they've had in the past, that keeps me fascinated and

optimistic for the future. That's why I invited my friend Josh Bazzoni onto the podcast. On paper,

Josh built a company at 38 years old, took it to $100 million in revenue in his first calendar year,

his first calendar year, and sold it for a whack ton of money.

But on the other end of that, he was burnt out, he was unhappy, and he knew he needed to make

some changes. Now he's in a position to be able to reinvent his life with a clean slate,

and I've noticed that he is totally different than he was just a year ago when I had seen him last.

In this episode, we talk about reinventing your life. We talk about how he wishes he had built his

company if he could do it all over again. He talks about how he thinks that he left millions of

dollars on the table by moving too fast, by trying to go too big.

That's a fascinating part of this conversation. And we talk about the frenetic energy that so
