I hope you're having a beautiful day and a great week so far, but if you're going through it right now, a bit of an existential crisis, you're at a crossroads in your life. If you're feeling stressed out with work or your family relationships or your personal life just feels like it's in freaking shambles right now and you need to escape for a little bit because you're feeling depressed or anxious right now. Don't you worry, boo-boo, don't you fret. You have come to the right place. We're about to turn that frown upside down. We got a great episode in store for you today. I'm so happy you're taking some time for yourself because I know my low lifers. I know that you are selfless and it's so easy to put other people's needs before your own a lot of times. We forget to take care of ourselves. And so it's really important for you to do that and you're doing that today. You're choosing to give yourself an hour of joy. You're going to laugh.
