every 45 minutes during the entire workday okay you'd be like what is that about

I mean is this for real well researchers they say they combed through 62 different

studies on the email habits of working folks.

They crunched all the numbers and they said, if you want to have a happier, more productive work life, you need to limit how much you open your inbox.

Well, of course, because every time you open your inbox, what do you see, right?

More things that you've got to get done.

I don't know. I don't think I could run a company and do everything that I do if I checked my email once every 45 minutes.

That just wouldn't happen.
