I'm not going to lie, I am just so excited for today's episode because I feel like it's starting to actually feel

like summer now, so this topic just makes me so excited. Without further ado, let's get into

today's weekly review. I've been doing so much research on doctors and what is going to best

suit me. As you guys know, I've been struggling with the worst hormonal imbalance symptoms and

just a loss of period for over a year now. So I have been really wanting to try to get that in order

and really make sure I'm being healthy. And I officially found a place where I'm just so excited that I can

now start going to and it's for all women. So I'm just very excited. Another thing this week is I've been

really trying to focus on structure. I found it to be so important on just really trying to

focus on having a schedule and making sure I'm prioritizing my mental health and my self-care

on top of my work. If you don't schedule out that time for yourself and self-care and self-love

and just that free time, then you won't be able to perform as well for your task and work. So I found

that to be super important, as well as going out of my comfort zone. I've been really trying to

try out new things and switch up my schedule. And I feel like it's just so nice and refreshing when

you go out of your comfort zone and find something that you like. And I just find it so rewarding.

And I really encourage you guys to try to do that this week. Another thing this week is I've been

really trying to prioritize my physical activity, which I found to be so important. and I feel like I sometimes make excuses for myself,

whether this is for school or work, and if you know what's good for you, then do it. You always have

time. It all depends on what you prioritize. I wasn't prioritizing physical activity as much as I wanted to,
