We need to think about not just what am I doing, but why am I doing this?

Take some time in the next couple of days and just think through what all you're doing

and ask yourself, why am I doing this?

It'd be like the soldiers that guarded the rose tree outside the palace door and somebody asked them why they were doing it.

And they said, I don't know, we've done it for 100 years.

And sometimes we can get into that category, you know, we can just, well, why are you

doing it?

I don't know.

This is what we've always done.

That's why sometimes things need to change.
