You know, I spent a lot of years not enjoying my life. And it's kind of a on-purpose thing for me now that I want to make sure that I enjoy every bit of time that I have left.

You know, there's an interesting thing about time.

None of us know exactly how many days we're going to get,

but however many days we have, each one has 24 hours in it.

Nobody gets more, nobody gets less.

It's interesting to me how some people do so much with their lives,

and other people just don't do hardly anything at all. 1 Peter 5.8. Be well balanced, temperate, which means disciplined, sober of mind, don't be an airhead, be vigilant and cautious at all times.

For that enemy of yours, the devil roams around like a lion roaring in fierce hunger, seeking someone to seize upon and devour.

Well, that tells me that he can't devour just anybody he wants to.

He's looking for somebody.

And sleepy, lazy Christians are always a good target.

It's amazing how much trouble you can avoid if you just stay active doing good things.
