We're actually

going to hit a topic today that we've never talked about on the Flip Lipsdale podcast. And that's,

you know, once you build an online business that's successful, that's creating income, that's

providing that Flip Lifestyle, these skills can translate and all of a sudden you can spin off

other businesses. I know since the very beginning of our journey, me and Jocelyn, once we hit that lotto ticket of the one new

business that worked, we were like, oh my gosh, we can repeat this. And we've got we've had multiple

businesses our entire journey over the last decade as online entrepreneurs. So real quick,

tell me about you and then tell me about what you're

doing online now. And then we'll kind of backtrack through that to get everybody caught up.

So my wife, Nicole and I, we started a business almost three years ago now, your nursing tutor.

And we actually had, she tried it as a hobby for many years never made any money and then
