Obviously, I’m a big proponent of buying real estate and building wealth, but I do believe that Airbnb arbitrage is a great side hustle and way to make income to get started in your real estate journey. In this podcast, we talked all about that, some things you need to look out for, how you can deal with government regulations, and how you can get your first Airbnb furnished! We talked about what the long-term vision is with Airbnb, and it’s just a great podcast overall.
