| 0:23.6 | They're just, they're everywhere. We've been able to buy these two. We're negotiating two more deals right now. |

| 1:15.2 | And he's doing that. I'm like, okay, so I see where I can scale this with a laundromat. |
| 1:18.3 | But industry wide over the past 10 years, laundromats have declined like five and a half percent. |
| 1:24.6 | Car washes on the other hand in the past 10 years have increased 12 percent. |
| 1:28.0 | And this year 2021, they expect that car washes are probably going to increase like three percent. |
| 1:33.2 | One of the best years we've had in car wash, the car was industry in years. |
