So many people who want to make a career change or life change, they make an actual

U-turn like as if we're driving where they completely turn around and go the other direction

and it's in a lot of ways we're like little pendulum

swinging left and right and there's a lot of reactivity that we can sometimes

bring into our careers and I think that's one of the biggest career mistakes we

can make is be being reactive because we're not in that clarity when we're in that

state and so making a U-turn a Y-O-U-turn to me is really about coming home to

yourself and reconnecting to who you truly are.

For a lot of years people would come to me and they would say,

I need clarity.

And what I really learned throughout my process of coaching

hundreds of people in person and thousands of them in online courses

is that they don't actually need clarity

they just need to reconnect to themselves.
