When little tasks come up during the week, make a list of them.

This way you can batch them, doing them all at once,

and keeping them from taking over the rest of your week.

The more I study people's work schedules,

the more important I see it is that we match the right work to the right time.

If you tackle a challenging task when you have the most energy and discipline and focus,

maybe you can get it done.

If you try to tackle the challenging task when you are going to get interrupted

and when you have less energy, it probably won't get done.
