We'd like to get right into it and what we're going to get into today is a major

freak out, an epic flip out in the anti-Trump world.

And I'm going to start.

I'm going to start in an odd place, but you'll figure out what's going on.

The Supreme Court decisions in the Dred Scott case in 1857 and the Koromatsu case in 1944.

They're both generally considered to the worst judgments ever handed down by the United

States Supreme Court.

One of them concerned slavery, the other concerned the internment of Japanese Americans in World

War II.

And both today are held up as examples of historic, grievous judicial error.

Now, that is why it is a little weird to see one of the nation's most distinguished

legal scholars point to Dred Scott and Koromatsu.

This comparisons, when discussing, this is really true, U.S. District Judge Eileen Connors

decision to grant the appointment of a special master to review documents in the Justice

Department's investigation of former President Trump.
