We'd like to get right into it and what we're going to get into today is what you might

call Joe Biden's American Carnage speech. You've certainly heard about the speech you gave

Thursday night in Philadelphia in front of Independence Hall. I mean, why did he give the speech

that he gave? Was it a 2022 midterm campaign speech? Was it a 2024 presidential campaign speech?

Was he preparing the country for the possible arrest of his predecessor, the former president

Donald Trump? I mean, what was he doing in this speech? It appears that this speech, which by the

way, he was calling it the red-setting speech, a play on red wedding, but mostly referring to this

weird lighting and just blood-red color of the Independence Hall behind Biden and the weird,

I'm sure you've seen this photo of Biden speaking with both of his fist raised. It looks really,

really strange, but this speech appears to really have been all of the above. It was a 2022

midterm speech. It was a 2024 presidential campaign speech and it had a lot to do with Donald Trump too.

Now, the story behind this speech is that is the new energy that Democrats are feeling about

the midterms. You know, they were once resigned to a sure loss, but now some Democrats believe the

party has a chance to actually keep control of the House and Senate, not just not lose big,

but actually keep control of the House and Senate. Now, why do they believe that? Well,
