Majo Molfino, Stanford University-trained designer and women’s leadership expert, joins us to talk about how women can improve their self-worth and build creative confidence.
As children, most girls are to "be good" and learn that conforming to societal norms leads to praise. However, that usually leads to a lifelong quest for unattainable perfection and comes at the expense of them sacrificing their unique voice.
As the daughter of immigrants, Majo wanted to make her parents proud more than anything, but realized that she also wanted to live her life on her own terms. In this episode, she teaches us how to find our own unique feminine power and dismantle old rules once and for all.
Her new book, 'Break the Good Girl Myth', comes out on July 28th. It is is published by HarperCollins and is available for pre-order now.
