Summary

When you get a therapist, coach, or healer, you can run into what might be called a "human" experience - the kind of experience where the people-helpers in our life might have some of their own stuff to deal with, and they intentionally or unintentionally bring that stuff into the professional environment. When that happens, can their help still be effective? Should you continue working with them? Is there a point where you need to move on? It's a great question and is definitely worth exploring.

I'm actually all about pursuing the self-help route first, but you know, you're going to make

the disclaimer just in case it's a little deeper than you can handle yourself or you need to talk

to somebody else. I highly recommend it. So that's why I say that. I personally like to go

1:25.3

as much as I can into the self-help route first, and that usually means asking myself

1:32.4

a lot of questions, especially when I get emotionally triggered. I used to walk around with

emotional triggers all the time. I used to be ready to be triggered. I could be triggered by

drill-down questions in the past, and they're basically questions that go deeper and underneath
