Card, the suspect in yesterday's shootings at a bar and a bowling alley in Lewiston

Maine.

This heinous attack, which has robbed the lives of at least 18 manors and injured so

many more, is the worst mass shooting that the state of Maine has ever experienced.

Maine Senator Susan Collins, the FBI, searching Card's last known residents in Lewiston.

Card is a certified firearms instructor. He's also a member of the Army Reserve and tonight

sources tell Fox News that Card had a mental health episode this past July when he arrived

at West Point for training. He also reportedly had an alcohol related incident that led his

company commander to recommend him for treatment. Fox's Nate Foy in Lewiston Maine, Maine

has not required permits to carry guns. The state has a longstanding culture of hunting

and sport fishing. In 2019, the law was passed and would require police to seek a medical

evaluation of anyone believed to be dangerous before trying to take their guns away.
