approached the new year when the many legal troubles facing Donald Trump will come to

Tonight, the ex-president has just lost access to the presidential ballot in a second state.

Secretary of State from Maine ruled that, quote,

Donald J. Trump is not qualified to hold the office

of President under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment,

which bars people who have engaged an insurrection

from holding office.
