Could you give us two or three examples of things you really miss about running a team and a few you absolutely do not.

This is one of the top questions we've gotten on nothing personal because I think about this subject almost every day.

When you've run a team for 18 years I almost touched the side of the microphone cocoa. When you've run a team for 18 years you have plenty of time to understand the

But I always am thinking about what is it about today that I love and what is it about today that I would like to not repeat tomorrow.

I think that is a great philosophy to have and I've had it for as long as I can remember which is trying to make the good times last and have the bad times go away.

It's sort of like when you're trying to build a winning team you want the window to be open for as long as possible and the losing window to be open for a short appearance possible.

There's certain things and I'm not a pessimist by nature at all when I see a glass like this is my water unsponsored do you hear that right. I look at this water if you're on YouTube nothing personal David Samson you can see this is about half full.

That's how I would say it now it sort of looks a quarter full actually but I'm going to say it's half full I'm an optimist but I'm going to start on the negative side so I want to end with positive what do you do cocoa when you're presented.
