This first question comes from Caleb, who writes in, you oppose signing Jonathan Simmons for some good reasons on your recent pod.

Now, Steve Kerr is open to it. That kind of worries me. So as Caleb is referring to, I did answer on a recent mailbag a question about whether or not Jonathan Simmons had a chance to make the Warriors roster.

And I basically said, no, there's really no chance.

If there is a chance, it's very slim.

And the reason for that is because, look, he's a decent player with good size, decent athleticism, but really can't shoot a three.

He's already 31 years old.

He's in the G-League for a reason.

He hasn't played in NBA games since May of 2019.

But Steve Kerr on Thursday said that he's been really impressed with Jonathan Simmons,

and mostly it's because his three-point shooting is coming along.

Now, if Simmons' three-point shot comes along, well, then that changes everything

for him, right? And in the G-League with Santa Cruz last year, he shot about 38% on a little bit

more than two attempts per game. So that's pretty good.
