So late last week, I wrote a story for the Mercury News about Jonathan Simmons, who has a chance to make the Warriors roster

next season.

I wrote that about a week after I said on this podcast that Jonathan Simmons has virtually

no chance at making this roster.

So maybe I was wrong.

He may not make the roster, but he does at least have a chance.

And look, the difference is that apparently Jonathan Simmons has been working on his

three-point shot. He's been a 32% three-point shooter throughout his career, but made 38% of his

threes in the G-League last season, and that's something that he's been working on. So if he could

stabilize that jumper, he should have a chance to be on the end of the Warriors bench next year. So I

kind of wanted to use that as a launching point to talk about who among the Warriors fringe guys could make a real

impact next season. In minicamp, Simmons and Jordan Poole have been the most impressive among those

fringe roster guys. Eric Pascal hasn't really participated. Damien Lee has been about what you expect as far as a veteran presence,
