have to take a few minutes before we get to Mr. Johnson to talk about gun control.

Not even a week after the tragic mass murders in Atlanta.

This week there was another mass shooting in Boulder, Colorado, where 10 people were killed in a grocery store.

The shooter was armed with an AR-15, and as is always the case in mass shootings,

we're met with Democrats calling for gun control and Republicans blocking it.

And as we dig into the life of the shooter, we saw what we often see.

An antisocial man that's battling with some degree of mental illness who has far too easy

access to a machine of death.

Predictably, President Biden responded as a Democratic president should, and Biden himself has a great track record on guns as one of the

architects of the 1990s assault weapons ban that would ban weapons like AR-15s.

Honestly, I'm at a point where COVID getting under control

is a blessing and a curse, because while we're happy

to be vaccinated and back to normalcy,

normalcy in this country means mass shootings are back to.

And Republicans have come to the conclusion that mass shootings are an acceptable

trade-off for easy access to whatever death machine you choose

based on a distorted read of the Second Amendment
